Outback Skybox Inverter

Coupled with at least one 5kw LiFe Power batteries. If you are pairing Skyboxes’ you will need one battery per Skybox. Note the Skybox is an all in one unit.

Outback Radian 4k or 8k Inverter

Coupled with at least one 5kw LiFe Power batteries

SMA Suny Boy with Suny Island

Combined with a Suny Island 6048 inverter with at least two 5kw LiFe Power batteries. Keep in mind that Suny Island inverters output 120VAC. If you need 240VAC you will need two Suny Boy 6.0 inverters and two of the Suny Island 6048 inverters.

Sol-Ark 12k

Can be combined with at least two of the 5kw LiFe power batteries. This inverter like the Skybox is an all in one unit.

Non Grid Tied inverters

Aims makes a series of non-grid tied inverters that work very well with LiFe Power batteries however they do require a low voltage battery shut down like this one from Victron:

Aims inverters require a separate solar charger to be used to charge the batteries.
All LiFe Power batteries operate best between 48 and 54 VDC with a maximum recommended charge and discharge at 50% of their amp capacity. For a 48 Volt 100 amp battery that would be 50% of 100 amps or 50 amps.
